How long is the free trial?
7 days, with every feature switched on. You do not need a debit or credit card to start.
How much does it cost after the trial?
₹199 per month plus 18% GST (₹35.82), which is ₹234.82 per month. You can pay for 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months at a time. You get a GST tax invoice for every payment.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Plans are paid in advance and do not renew on their own. When your plan is about to end, you choose whether to renew.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you are not happy, ask within 15 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for details.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in any modern browser on Android, iPhone, tablet, Windows laptop or Mac. Nothing to install.
Which languages can I use?
English, Hinglish, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia and Assamese. The Bengali (Bangla) calendar is also supported.
Can my CA see my accounts?
Yes. You can give your Chartered Accountant a private link. They can view reports, download the Sales Register and GSTR-1 files, and mark GST returns as filed. You can switch the link off at any time.
Is my data safe?
Each shop's data is kept separate, and the site uses HTTPS. You can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it at any time.
