DigitalHaalKhata started with a simple observation: most Indian shopkeepers were still tracking lakhs of rupees in customer credit inside a paper notebook that could be lost, torn, or simply forgotten at home.
Every feature in DigitalHaalKhata exists because a shop owner asked for it — a furniture seller who needed to track serial numbers, an electronics dealer chasing due payments over WhatsApp, a general store owner who wanted staff attendance and salary sorted out without a spreadsheet.
We built the product the way a shopkeeper actually works: fast entry during a busy counter, clear dues at a glance, and a bill that looks professional when handed to a customer.
Today, DigitalHaalKhata is used by shop owners to manage customer credit, vendor payments, staff attendance, inventory and GST billing — all from one screen, in the language they're most comfortable with.
If a task takes more than a few taps, we haven't finished designing it yet.
Every shop's data is isolated and private — no shop can ever see another's.
Features are shaped by real requests from real shop owners, every month.
